They helped me so much, even doing things that had nothing to do with selling the property; they spoke to our gardener for us, they searched all over the house for the car papers that we had lost when we didn’t have time to go to the property ourselves to look for them... We had been looking for a house for quite a while and honestly we were a bit lost.

But when we found Rural Coast it looked like they truly understood what we needed, they gave us advice on the type of property that was adapted to our price range, plus they made us discover the area of La Font, which completely corresponds to what we were looking for. Beach, quiet but still close to amenities and the city.

I really do wish I'd found Rural Coast earlier. The three estate agents I'd had before were all a total waste of time.

Rural Coast have excellent promotional material, including an impressive 360 degree video, and they brought a steady stream of prospective buyers to the house. David (best pronounced the Spanish way) and Kate have the drive and energy needed and I wish them well for what I'm sure will be a successful future.

Simply the best! Kate is fabulous, highly professional and friendly. Both her and David truly go the extra mile plus to make everything seem easier and less daunting when purchasing a property in Spain.
